Notice of Funding Availability

 

The City of Cincinnati will accept applications for residential projects on Friday May 29th for the Spring 2009 Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) Process.  

 

The NOFA provides gap financing to projects that make significant impacts in Cincinnati communities.  Priority is given to projects located in Neighborhood Enhancement Program areas. Eligible projects consist of four or more clustered units and include home-ownership projects, elderly, transitional and permanent supportive housing and preservation of affordable rental units that are not eligible for the Rental Rehabilitation Program.

 

The Department will hold a Pre-Submission Meeting for developers on April 3rd in the first floor auditorium of 805 Central Avenue and applications are due May 29, 2009.

 

Funds allocated for this NOFA are as follows:

     -Community Development Block Grant- $1,000,000

     -HOME Investment Partnership Program- $2,000,000

     -City Capital- $1,000,000
