Requesting Proclamations

Mayor Mark Mallory is pleased to issue Proclamations from the City of Cincinnati to recognize special occasions or outstanding accomplishments in the lives of Cincinnati citizens.

To request a city proclamation, please e-mail details of the event or accomplishment and desired wording to proclamations@cincinnati-oh.gov.  Be sure to include your contact information with your request.  Due to the high volume of requests, allow at least two weeks for consideration and processing of your proclamation request.
